Just west of Chicago, less than an hour from O’Hara and Midway. On the subway! From Chicago’s Union Station by train take the Burlington North to Fairview Train Station, Downers Grove.
Free parking at store and in the neighborhood.

8:30-9:00 am - set up and tuning
9:00-10:15 am - Playing with Pentatonic scales, Native American Flute, and Japanese scales
10:30-12:30 pm - Major to Mixolydian
12:30-2:00 pm - Lunch (possible vegetarian potluck?)
2:00-3:30 pm - Mixolydian to Dorian
3:30-3:45 pm - Break
3:45-5:30 pm - Exploring Dorian
8:30-9:00 am - Set up and tuning
9:00-11:15 am - Ostinato I - IV and a quick overview of Lydian and Phrygian modes
11:15-12:45 pm - Lunch
12:45-2:00 pm - Wrap up and review
